Fredrik Fahlander (PhD) is professor of archaeology at Stockholm University. He received his doctoral degree in 2003 at the Department of Archaeology, University of Gothenburg. In 2009 he began a postdoctoral research fellowship at Stockholm University and since 2013 he occupies a permanent position at the Department of Archaeology and Cultural History. Fahlander has participated in a series of archaeological projects in Greece and Sweden working with survey methodology, burial archaeology and rock art. Current research topics are relational ontologies, new materialism and posthumanism in general, and burial archaeology and rock-art in particular. Other interests include the fine art of on-line assault in Unreal Tournament -99 and Elimination in UT4.
